Activity 2: History of Computer Systems - Formative Task 1 - Information Systems
Due: June 27th

This is a quick formative assignment which you will complete in class. Your task it to create a flow chart that accurately describes a process that is used when interacting with a certain Information System.
Choose to model a process that you use yourself use, or one that you have observed. Here is a flow diagram for a supermarket self-checkout.//

Step 1 - Download a copy of the Task sheet to your flash drive (USB)
Step 2 - Read it thoroughly
Step 3 - Watch the video 'Formative 1_Info_Systems_Processes.mp4' located in the student share drive
Step 4 - Choose an Information System
Step 5 - Find an Image of this system being used
Step 6 - Go to Lucid Charts
Step 7 - Model the Information System using Lucid Charts
Step 8 - Screen shot the flow chart and include this along with the image you located earlier in a word document
Step 9 - Submit using Edmodo
